Man, 21, charged with possession of bladed article in public place

We have charged a 21 year-old man from Birkenhead with possession of bladed article in a public place.

Kieran Lewis Stott, of Henthorne Street, was also charged with a s4 public order offence.

The charges relate to an incident on Claughton Road in Birkenhead on Tuesday 5^th March in which two people were allegedly threatened with violence.

Stott was remanded into custody and is due to appear before Wirral Remand Court this morning, Thursday 14^th March.
