Man arrested and large amounts of cash and drugs seized following warrant in Fazakerley

We have arrested a man and seized cash and suspected heroin, cocaine, amphetamine following a warrant in Fazakerley in the early hours of this morning, Thursday 20 June.

At shortly after midnight, officers carried out a warrant at an address in Swainson Road and seized a large quantity of suspected heroin, cocaine and amphetamines, plus cash, which will be forensically examined.

A 35-year-old man from Fazakerley was detained at the scene and arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, money laundering and an outstanding drugs warrant issued in 2018. He has been taken to a police station for questioning by detectives.
