Police seek good samaritans who helped a woman after she was sexually assaulted

Officers are appealing for two witnesses following an allegation of rape on 18th January.

The incident is reported to have happened around Seel Street, Liverpool at approximately 4am.

We’re keen to speak to two people who are reported to have helped the victim get home following the incident.

One is described as a black male, believed to be in his early 20s with short dark hair and wearing a black ‘Millionaire Boys Club’ t-shirt and dark trousers.

The second is described as a white female, in her early 20s with shoulder length brown hair, wearing a dark jacket and pink/red top.

Both are not being treated as suspects.

Anyone that recognises the description of these two people or believes that they are the people described, are urged to get in contact with us as we believe they could have vital information that could help us identify the full circumstances of the incident and the offender.
