Philip Fracezek appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 17 May charged with attempted murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey
Police were called at 22:24hrs on Sunday, 21 April to a report of a fire at a residential address in Forest Road, E17.
Keisha, CJ's mother, said: “When a child dies, it’s okay to speak. Your conscience would be clean. You'd be able to sleep at night knowing you’ve done justice to a boy who was loving life, putting an end to a family that’s still grieving. We've had no form of justice.”
PC Bilal Naveed, from the North East Area Command, appeared at Isleworth Crown Court where he was found not guilty on Friday, 26 January of actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.
