Older people in the Tomintoul area are being given the opportunity of a free taster session being hosted by the local Be Active Life Long group in the Richmond Memorial Hall on Wednesday (August 26).
Set up more than five years ago, the Tomintoul group is one of 20 in Moray which provide friendship and activities designed to encourage people to stay active longer.
The Tomintoul group is looking to attract new members and has issued an open invitation for the taster session which will run from 10am to 12.15pm. It will include a dancing session and musical entertainment as well as tea and home bakes.
