What our visitors are saying…

Natural & Organic Products Europe is celebrating its 20th anniversary edition this weekend. With over 10,000 key buyers and decision makers expected to attend, we thought we’d share some of the great testimonials the show’s received from its pre-registered visitors so far:

“I have been going to Natural & Organic Products Europe for years now, and sure, it is always nice to see old friends and familiar faces, but that’s not why I go. I go to make new friends and find new products and opportunities. Newness is crucial to our business, and nowhere in the UK is there more innovation that is relevant to my business than this show,” says Al Overton, head of buying at Planet Organic.

“Natural & Organic Products Europe is great for us because it brings suppliers from all over the world to our doorstep, and gives us a chance to see, touch and taste the latest innovative new products which could help our customers live healthier lives,” says Lysa Hardy, chief commercial officer at Holland & Barrett.

“Natural & Organic Products Europe is the highlight of the year in the natural beauty industry, and it is a wonderful opportunity to talk to existing suppliers, meet new and up and coming brands, and experience the current trends as they happen!” says Sonia White, managing director of LoveLula.

“Natural & Organic Products Europe is the perfect show for Ocado. Each year the show gets better, with the new brands we meet. It is a great place to look for new and up and coming brands, which our customers love. The best thing about the show is the amount of choice that is available,” says Melissa Broomes, senior buying manager – health, beauty & baby at Ocado.

“Our customers love natural products and we have a high market share in products that are kinder to the environment and/or kinder to them and their families. I’m keen to see what new trends and innovations are in the natural and organic market that could enhance our already comprehensive ranges,” says Stephanie Chafor, head of buying – family, household and personal care at Waitrose.

“I am looking forward to meeting existing suppliers and potential new suppliers alike, to learn more about their exciting, innovative developments within the Organic market at the key event of the natural and organic calendar,” says Lex Panayi, senior buyer at Abel & Cole.

“For over 10 years pod food has kept abreast of the latest trends in health and nutrition translating them into fresh, delicious daily recipes-to-go. Visiting the UK’s biggest showcase for natural and organic food and drink makes it into the diary each year, as it’s a great opportunity to delve into a smorgasbord of exciting new foodie discoveries and meet the masters and makers face to face,” says Meg Ellis, commercial director of pod.

“The Natural Food Show is an exciting event that Pret’s food team always looks forward to attending. From the weird to the wonderful – it’s always brimming with ideas and inspiration,” says Caroline Cromar, group director of food at Pret A Manger.

“I’m looking forward to this year’s show – it’s a great way to discover innovative new suppliers and catch up with existing ones all in one place. I’d recommend it to anyone in the sector – it’s not to be missed,” says Dominic Jeffery, buyer at Infinity Foods Wholesale.

“I’m looking forward to seeing some new and exciting products, meeting up with suppliers and colleagues, and enjoying what continues to be the go-to show for buyers in the natural sector,” says Richard Anderton, product manager (buyer) at The Health Store.

“With a wide category portfolio to buy for, I have found the show to provide the variety and diversity that I am looking for, all in one place,” says Tracy Hunt, ecommerce buyer – gourmet food & wine/sundries/health & beauty at Costco Online.

“I’m really looking forward to seeing new emerging brands in both the natural skincare market and the ultra-fast growing wellbeing sector. As an e-retailer, it’s great to put a face to the names of people who I haven’t yet had the chance to meet, to discuss new trends and to trial new products. Natural & Organic Products Europe is the show that we know will be worth visiting in the UK every year,” says Nicole Milloy, ‎product manager at Naturisimo.

“Most of us were odd balls then and unfashionable, united by a common vision and cause,” says Sara Novakovic, owner of Oliver’s Wholefoods, who attended the show’s first edition in 1997. “We didn’t know that 20 years later we would called visionaries and ahead of the curve. The show still has the same excitement and the same buzz as it did in the early days. It’s still the place to you meet everyone in the industry in just two days. It’s still ahead of the curve and still huge fun. It’s a fabulous industry to work in and Natural & Organic Products Europe is one of the early pioneers.”

“We’re really looking forward to seeing what new and innovative natural products we’ll see at the show this year,” says Ben Wigley, co-founder of BigGreenSmile.

“Natural & Organic Products Europe is one of the highlights of our year. It’s a brilliant opportunity to learn about and try new products, as well as catching up with existing suppliers. We will definitely be back in 2016!” says Joanne Hill, owner of Amaranth.
