Niam disposes of seven properties in Gothenburg

On January 26, 2011, Niam IV signed an agreement with Wallenstam AB to dispose of seven commercial properties comprising 55,000 square meters in Gothenburg. The properties will be acquired through company transactions and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 1,179 billion. The closing is scheduled for July 1, 2011.
