Niam acquires business park in Helsinki, Finland
Niam has acquired Derby Business Park, three office buildings comprising approximately 20,000 sqm in Leppävaara, Espoo outside the Helsinki city center, from SRV Construction Ltd. The multi-let buildings are newly built and include Siemens’ headquarter in Finland.
