Niam acquires office property in Copenhagen
Niam has signed an agreement to acquire a unique office property located in the North Harbor area of Copenhagen. The office property, comprising approximately 8,600 sqm, was constructed at very high standards and specifications in 2000/2004.
The property has been acquired from the Confederation of Danish Industry who has outgrown the property and moved to larger premises.
