Niam acquires retail property in Sweden
Niam has acquired a retail property from IKEA Centres Nordic. The property consists of two buildings totaling 21,000 sqm, and is located in Hansa City just outside Kalmar. The existing tenants are Citygross, Media Markt, Stadium and KungSängen.
Johan Bergman, CEO, says, “This was an opportunity for Niam to acquire a retail property with development potential in Kalmar's strongest retail area. The property is a good complement to the retail properties Niam has previously acquired.”
