Niam holds final close for Niam Nordic Core-Plus
The Nordic real estate private equity firm completed the final close for its first Core-Plus fund reaching its target of €300 million in total equity commitments.
Niam Nordic Core-Plus fund, with a total investment capacity of €600 million, targets office, retail and residential property investments located in the major cities and regional centers of the Nordic region.
The investors are a number of prominent public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies and financial institutions from Western Europe and Asia. “We are grateful for the support and confidence from new and existing investors deciding to partner with us on our first Core-Plus fund”, says Johan Bergman, CEO of Niam.
Niam is currently actively managing a real estate portfolio of €2.4 billion through its three opportunistic funds Niam III, Niam IV and Niam V.
