Niam sells office portfolio in Finland to Acta

Acta Kapitalförsäkring has acquired an office portfolio in Finland for €125 million from Niam Nordic Investment Fund III. The portfolio comprises five properties in Helsinki, Vantaa, Tampere and Oulu.

Niam acquired the properties from NCC during 2004-2007. The portfolio comprises five modern office buildings totalling 36 000 sq m. The properties are located in established office locations in Helsinki, Vantaa, Tampere and Oulu.

Johan Bergman, Managing Director of Niam comments: “This was our first acquisition ever in Finland. Since the Finnish market has been very strong and we have been successful in leasing out the properties, we felt this was a good time to sell.”

The closing will take place at 27 September.
