Niam sells police station assets

Niam has sold the Swedish properties Spettet 3 and 4 in Lund, Juristen 4 in Mölndal and Brämaregården 37:1 in Gothenburg to Roxanne Fastighetsfond AB. The buildings comprise 19,000 sqm of lettable area with the Swedish Police Service as the major tenant letting approximately 80% of the total area. 

The deal closed on November 30, 2012.
