Niam sells seven shopping centers in Sweden for more than one billion SEK
Niam has signed an agreement to sell seven shopping centers located in southern Sweden to the buyer, A Group Of Retail Assets. The shopping centers included in the transaction are Centra in Västerås, Cityhuset in Eskilstuna, Telgehuset in Södertälje, Kvasten in Kalmar, Storknallen in Borås, Linnégallerian in Växjö and Gallerian in Motala.
Niam has, among other projects, completed a full reconstruction and modernization of Centra, upgraded all common areas and environmentally certified Telgehuset, leased and conducted tenant improvements in parts of Linnégallerian and introduced new tenants in Kvasten.
