Niam strengthens team with new recruitments

Victor Wettergren has been appointed as the Niam Core-Plus I fund manager. Mr. Wettergren has been the Head of Transactions and Analysis and the Niam funds’ key account manager at Newsec Asset Management.

Niam Project Development has hired Gustav Thörnqvist and Ola Kolmert as Project Developers. Prior to joining Niam, Mr. Thörnqvist held a position as a consultant at Projektledarhuset. Before that he worked as a development engineer for the municipalities of Huddinge and Tyresö and as Project Manager at Skanska Nya Hem. Mr. Kolmert comes from Newsec Asset Management where he has worked as an Asset Manager with the Niam assignment within Newsec.

Niam has also recruited Erika Sydow as an Associate Director on the Acquisitions team. She has ten years of experience from working with transactions at Catella and JLL/Tenzing. Mrs. Sydow will be working as a Transaction Manager at Niam’s Stockholm office.

Ulrika Johansson has been appointed as Head of Accounting at Niam Fund Accounting AB. Mrs. Johansson comes from a position as Group Consolidation Responsible at the Solera Group. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and has previously worked at Diligentia and the KMT Group.

Susanne Christensen has been employed as an Associate Director at Niam's office in Copenhagen. Mrs. Christensen most recently held a position as an advisory and valuation manager at Finansiel Stabilitet Ejendomme. Niam has also recruited Satu Peltoniemi as a Business Controller at the Helsinki office. Ms. Peltoniemi previously worked as an Asset Manager at Sagax Finland Asset Management Oy and as a Risk Manager at SWECO PM Oy.
