Niam has signed an unconditional agreement with Skanska Commercial Development Nordic to acquire a newly built office property located in Aviapolis, one of the fastest growing business districts in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, right next to the Helsinki Vantaa Airport.
The property, named Aviabulevardi II, is a newly built property in an excellent location right next to the new Aviapolis train station and Aviabulevardi I, which Niam acquired from Skanska in March 2017. The lettable area is ~8,000 sqm, and the property is fully let to a diversified mix of tenants.
