Niam has an investment capacity in the range of €1-1.2 billion remaining in Niam Fund IV and is currently raising a core-plus fund which will give the company a broader platform and further opportunities to execute transactions on the Nordic property markets.

Today, Niam has properties for approximately €2.0 billion under management and offices in Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo with 28 dedicated professionals. “Niam continues to grow on a foundation of a very good organization, comprehensive knowledge of the real estate markets in the Nordic region and a solid investor base including several of the World’s biggest pension funds”, says Niam’s Managing Director, Johan Bergman.
