​Natural Products Scandinavia 2018 reveals new products at the show

Natural Products Scandinavia – the Nordic region’s biggest trade exhibition and conference dedicated to the natural health, beauty, eco-living – has released a preview of the product innovations on display at the 2018 show.

The award-winning event will be returning to MalmöMässan, in Sweden, on 14-15 November, for its biggest year yet. Featuring over 500 leading suppliers from 46 countries around the world, the show offers thousands of visitors the exclusive opportunity to see the latest innovations to hit the natural and organic market.

“This year looks set be our biggest and best ever show, with a record number of companies showing more products than ever before. It’s a must-see event for anyone working in the healthy living, nutrition, natural beauty and self-care sectors,” says Fiona Allen, Portfolio Director of Natural Products Scandinavia.

Here’s just a sample of some of the new products on display at this years’ show:


Natural beauty & skin care

Earthbound Organics International (stand B5) is launching Rose & Cacay Rejuvenating Facial Oil and Night Repair Facial Oil Pure. Made from natural and organic plant oils, they are high in Retinol, antioxidants, vitamin A & E as well as omegas 3, 6 & 9 with added vitamin C and coenzyme Q10, to repair, rejuvenate and promote new cell growth and elasticity (UK).

Evergoods Global Co (stand A9) is launching its certified-organic V-shape Uplifting Mask. This new design of mask has an enhanced lower face lifting function to give a more defined face contour. Marine polysaccharides contained in the mask give an immediate tightening effect and help to fade furrows around the eyes, nose and mouth area (Taiwan).

Laboratorium Naturella (stand D8) is introducing its new OnlyBio body lotion, the only lotion of its kind to contain natural biorafinated rapeseed levan which is a strong moisturising agent. Made with 99% natural ingredients, it’s certified by Ecocert and Vegan Society. (Poland).

Myrtle & Maude (stand H90G) is introducing its new Hydrogel stretch-mark belly mask. Vegan and cruelty free, it uses natural, organic ingredients that help with stretch marks and stretching itchy skin as the bump grows, providing hydration and plant-based power to the skin. (UK).

UpCircle (stand A20) is launching UpCircle Beauty, the younger sister of established eco-friendly beauty brand Optiat. With sustainability and ethics at its heart, its relaunched brand is offering more sustainable packaging and a new range of natural beauty products made from leftover natural ingredients that would otherwise be discarded (UK).

CurlyEllie (stand H90R) is launching its new Travel Collection, which includes four travel size versions of its custom-crafted hair products designed specifically for children with sensitive, curly, kinky and frizzy hair. Made from ecologically sourced ingredients, these products moisturise, hydrate, detangle, define and shine your child's curls (UK).

Faith in Nature (stand D15) is introducing its Dragon Fruit Shampoo and Conditioner, and its new Turmeric and Lemon Shampoo and Conditioner. An exotic sweet-smelling aroma, Dragon Fruit is packed full of vitamins and antioxidants. Whilst turmeric is known for its antioxidant properties which will boost hair, giving it that extra bit of shine (UK).

Giovanni (stand B25) is introducing its 2chic Repairing Collection with blackberry and coconut milk. This range of eco-friendly hair care products are designed to replenish damaged, over-processed hair and create a layer of protection and hydration (US).

Dr Organic (stand D12, Biofood Pavilion) is presenting its Pro Collagen Plus+ Anti-Aging Moisturiser range in Milk Protein Probiotic,Dragon’s Blood and Black Pearl Complex. The range contains three anti-aging moisturisers, all formulated with a clinically-tested Pro Collagen complex rich in Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid. Derived from Blackberry Leaf Extract, this complex aids the natural production of Elastin. All products within the range are free from parabens, SLS, synthetic colours and many other common additives (UK).

Bee Naturalles (stand G21C) is showcasing its 24-hour firming and restoring thick facial cream. Made using 100% natural ingredients, including propolis, cistus and helichrysum essential oils, it provides rich hydration, healing and restoration to mature skin (Greece).

Tilia Beeswax (stand C21D) is promoting Tilia Beeswax Wondrous Serum. Containing a highly concentrated blend of nutritive, antioxidant, anti-aging beautifying oils, this all-round serum can be used for moisturization, tone improvement, brightness and prevention of wrinkles (Greece).

Laurus Nobilis Cosmetics (stand C21C) is presenting its Grape Water Serumand lavender Soap. Also showcasing its range of handmade and natural cosmetics such as glycerin soaps with wide variety in perfumes and ingredients, beeswax salves made by our own olive oil, sea salts, body and massage oil (Greece).

Daiiys APS (stand H90K) is showcasing its range of ’no nonsense’ everyday essentials, including a hair and body wash, hand soap and body lotion. All are 100% free from perfume, essential oils, parabens, colourants, mineral oils, hormonal disrupting ingredients and other unwanted chemicals (Denmark).

LIMA (stand H90J) is presenting its new Mermaid luxurious body soap. This vegan friendly soap is made using certified organic virgin coconut oil for a creamy lather, fair trade shea butter to nourish skin and sesame oils to boost skin regeneration. Its blend of palmarosa and Italian sweet orange essential oils is perfect for all skin types (Hungary).

Uoga Uoga (stand C19) is promoting its Natural Lipsticks. Made using 100% natural ingredients, these nourishing lipsticks soften the lips and protect them against environmental impact. Each lipstick contains a variety of berry extract, which is packed full of vitamins and fruit acids (Lithuania).

Eco by Sonia Driver – AUS (stand C24) is showcasing Skin Compost, its new skin care collection. This range of certified organic vegetable, seed and super fruit-based products are designed to provide natural nourishment for the skin (Australia).

Naturally Tribal Skincare (stand A30) is promoting its new selection of ‘Bod Food’ creams for women, men and children. This high-grade shea butter-based, natural, vegan, cruelty-free, ethically-sourced and synthetic chemical-free skincare products contain 100% natural ingredients (including bergamot, coconut and cinnamon) carefully sourced in Africa and made in the UK (UK).


Health & self-care

Ayurveda Pura London (stand D82) is launching Orange & Fennel Bliss Herbal Tea. This Ayurvedic tea has become a real favourite amongst yogis. This unique blend of certified organic ingredients is hand selected from around the world, ingredients include: fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, orange peel and ginger (UK).

Royal Green (stand C68) is promoting Royal Green Immune & Energy. This vegan friendly nutritional supplement contains a powerful combination of certified organic echinacea, ginseng and five mushrooms to support the immune system and reduce tiredness and fatigue. It’s guaranteed grown without the use of pesticides, 100% pure and free of fillers (Holland).

ivyverdure (stand H90C) is showcasing iRELIEF, a vegan organic, all-in-one, anti-chafing stick that prevents all types of chafing, saddle sores, rashes, blisters, dry and cracking skin. The formula consists of vegetable and fruit-based ingredients and contains no BPA, parabens or silicones (UK).

C Skincare (stand A64) is presenting its treatment cream for dry, sensitive or chapped skin. This rich cream aims to nourish, moisturize and make skin smooth. It’s organic, unscented and has no essential oils so it’s suited to even the most sensitive of skin (Sweden).

UHTCO Corporation(stand A58) is showcasing an organic Camu Camu powder with a high natural vitamin C content. The powder is 100% natural, with no spray or freeze-drying during manufacture and made with the best possible raw material from the Amazon in Peru (Austria).

Captain Kombucha and MyGutness (stand G49) is promoting Captain Kombucha (recently launched in Sweden), a sparkling probiotic drink produced by fermenting tea and friendly bacteria. Fermented and hand-crafted over period of several weeks, it’s designed to help stimulate microflora, support healthy gut functions and increase digestive health (Portugal).

Puori (stand C55) is showcasing its latest Omega 3 liquid fish oil and SB3 Synbiotics with cranberry flavor. The recipe, hand-picked by suppliers, implements strict third-party quality control on all products. The Synbiotics come in 135g pots and sachets – which includes 200mg vitamin C, probiotic bacteria and prebiotic fibre (Denmark).


Natural Living

Eco Warehouse (stand A37) is launching Food Huggers. Helping to reduce food waste from homes, Food Huggers are 100% food safe silicone covers to help keep fruit and vegetable fresh. BPA andphthalate free, the reusable silicone covers help to retain 23% more moisture than food stored in baggies or plastic containers (The Netherlands).

Hevea (stand B51) is introducing HEVEA Puppy – a range of non-toxic/sustainable natural rubber products for dogs,consisting of the Galaxy Disc Throw Toy, the Moon Ball Treat Toy and the Star Activity Toy. Made from the sap of the Hevea Brasiliensis tree, it’s naturally non-toxic, free of phthalates, PVC and heavy metals (Denmark).

Primera Technology Europe (stand B49) is presenting its new LX910e Color Label Printer. It’s the fastest-ever desktop colour label printer from Primera Technology, an environmentally responsible provider of state-of-the-art digital printing technology. They offer cartridge recycling at no charge, throughout the world, for the life of the product meaning less waste. The LX910e can print with dye-based ink for brilliant, eye-popping colour or with pigment ink for maximum durability against water and UV light (Germany).

Natura Group OÜ (standB45) is showcasing its range of biodegradable plates, made from fallen palm leaves. These products are toxin-free and offer a durable and eco-friendly alternative to the disposable products currently available on the market (Estonia).

Nomads Clothing(stand A35) is presenting new handcrafted Fairtrade jewellery by conscious brand, The Daughters of the Ganges. The range helps to improve the lives of marginalised, artisan communities in India – working towards providing these communities with economic independence. Also showcasing: SS19 collection of fair-trade clothing, that helps to support traditional crafts including block printing, tie-dyeing and hand weaving (UK).

biobrush (stand B35) uses packaging based on biomass made from leftover wood from sustainable forestry. The bristles are made from 100% renewable resources. The paints and the plastic are biodegradable, and the packaging can be composted (Germany).

Nellie’s (stand B34) is presenting its range of eco-friendly, hypoallergenic and biodegradable cleaning products including its best seller, Laundry Soda. The soda is more concentrated than other detergents so only one tablespoon is needed for a regular load and the entire line is free from harmful toxins, phosphates and synthetic fragrances, HE machine-certified and made with no fillers (Canada).

Seepje (stand A44) is showcasing its range of Ecocert certified liquid detergents. Made using an extract from the shells of the Sapindus mukorossi fruit, it offers a natural way to wash laundry. It’s packed in a bottle made from reused plastic and all ingredients are ethically sourced (Netherlands).

Rocketo (stand A54) is organic, raw and low-sugar dog food, which closely mimics how a dog might eat in the wild. It is entirely free of toxins and made by using human-grade ingredients only in their natural form. ROCKETO is also upgraded with healthy super-fats and super-foods such as coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds, black cumin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and also vitamins and herb blends (UK).
