Video   •   Jul 10, 2014 16:23 BST

Gisele spent three days visiting Practical Action projects in Kenya in the winter of 2012. During her time there she met women who have to cook over an open fire every day. Cooking over an open fire on a daily basis causes lung cancer, bronchitis and asthma and kills more people, 4 million, every year than TB, malaria and AIDS combined. See what effect smoke had on Gisele after just a few seconds.
