ALLIANZ CONTINUES MID CORPORATE PUSH WITH LATEST PROPOSITION

Allianz Commercial has launched its new Professional Services proposition to the UK broker market, as part of its ongoing growth strategy in the mid-corporate sector.

This latest proposition launch is the fourth mid-corporate offering from the insurer in the last year, and sits alongside Wholesale and Retail, General Manufacturing and Metalworking and Precision Engineering.

The new proposition provides a comprehensive range of cover extensions and sector-specific services, aimed at meeting the needs of professional businesses such as accountants, management consultants and architects.

Key benefits of the proposition include:

  • A range of free automatic cover enhancements such as; Computer E-risks; Plans, Models and Drawings; Fine Art, Antiques and Collectibles; Business Travel and Personal Accident
  • Discounted optional covers including Directors & Officers and Professional Indemnity.
  • Access to free additional services, such as 24/7 legal helpline, disaster recovery protection and free consultancy from data loss and cyber security consultants.
  • Sector-specific risk management guidance through Risk Director, Allianz’s free online risk management service.

The new Professional Services proposition will be available to brokers and their clients from Allianz’s 14 nationwide branches and is aimed at businesses with a premium between £10,000 and £100,000. In addition to its cover enhancements and additional services, the proposition is fully supported by Allianz’s sector experts in underwriting, claims and risk control.

Neil Clutterbuck, underwriting and technical director, Allianz Commercial, commented: “Professional Services are a critical and growing part of the UK economy, reflecting the shift we have seen towards knowledge based professions. Following detailed research we have developed a flexible customer proposition that can be tailored to meet the needs of individual businesses, offering property and casualty insurances and options to include financial lines, brand protection, and trade credit.

This bespoke product perfectly complements our existing suite of sector based mid-corporate propositions and reflects not only the broad appetite of the Allianz Group but also the breadth of our underwriting capability, which we believe distinguishes us from our competitors in this challenging market place.”
