Winners of the Self Service Awards 2014

This evening, the winners of the Self Service Awards 2014 were announced at Cirkus, Kungliga Djurgården in Stockholm. The Self Service Awards is an annual event to recognise those organisations and individuals that have had the most success in supporting and rationalising support work with the aid of ComAround's self-service solution.

Prizes were presented in the categories of Newcomer of the Year, Migration of the Year, Strategic Support of the Year and Self Service Star of the Year.

We are delighted to be able to present this year's winners, and thank everyone for an amazing celebration at Cirkus this evening.

Strategic Support of the Year

The jury has named the winner in the category “Strategic Support of the Year” and the award goes to an organisation whose IT and support keeps moving forward in a purposeful way, step by step.

With Self Service, the winner has taken a comprehensive approach to users’ support needs and managed to channel the right question to the right place.

By utilising all the possibilities that the Self Service concept offers, the winner is continuing to lead its operations towards good and improved outcomes.  All support-related activities with Self Service as a tool show a reduction in the need to contact Support personnel.

Strategic Support of the Year winner is Advokatfirman Vinge

Migration of the Year

The jury has named the winner in the category “Migration of the Year” and the prize goes to an organisation that, in an exemplary manner, has utilised the possibilities that Self Service offers in the context of a major change in the users’ IT environment.

The winner has also implemented Self Service outstandingly fast in the context of a migration, and achieved great success in this very important phase. This demonstrates methodical introduction, focus and best practice in all their glory!

Newcomer of the Year

The jury has named the winner in the category “Newcomer of the Year” and the award goes to an organisation with limited resources providing support for a large number of users.

Thanks to its well-implemented introduction of Self Service, they can now meet the heavy demands for support among users with many frequently asked questions in a hyper-efficient and fast way. The support has become more proactive, has higher availability and satisfied users.

Self Service Star of the Year

The jury has named the winner in the category “Self Service Star of the Year” and the prize goes to a person who has been involved in driving the development of Self Service through strong commitment and a great capacity for seeing new development opportunities.

Geographical challenges have not stood in the way for the winner in making Self Service into one of the most important tools for the company’s Service Desk.
