​Stay Social This Winter

We know that now the evenings are drawing to a close even earlier it is tempting to stay indoors, wrap up warm and not leave the house until spring. However there are so many things going on at The Club over the next couple of months that you and your family won’t want to miss out on... And they’re worth dragging yourself out of the house and braving the cold for.

Next week, on Thursday 12^th November we have our November Gourmet Night, which will be themed around Bond, there will be a delicious four course dinner accompanied by a selection of fine wines - get your tuxedos ready and make sure that you dress to kill.

Our Best of British Menu is being served until the November 26^th, so join us in Humphry’s to experience Chris Wheeler’s Modern British cuisine as he takes some traditional, old classics and serves them with his own unique modern twist!

And then of course December is a busy month, with the lead up to the festive period we have lots of Christmassy activities that you and the whole family can get involved in. Kicking off with a Christmas themed Ladies Lunch on December 2^nd which will be hosted by our Executive Chef Chris Wheeler, a great opportunity to enjoy some delicious food and hear a talk from Chris Wheeler.

Sunday Christmas Lunches start on Sunday 6^th December and will also take place on the two Sundays that follow (the 13^th and 20^th) it’s a great pre-Christmas get together and you don’t have to worry about cooking the Christmas lunch – just sit back, relax, entertain and enjoy lunch in our beautiful restaurant with a view, Humphry’s.

And for the little ones we have two Children’s Christmas Parties on Sunday 6^th December (one at 11am and one at 1pm) where your children can experience the magic and wonder of Christmas in luxurious and beautifully decorated surroundings. There will be party games, party food and of course Father Christmas will be coming to see the children, check that they have been nice (not naughty) and give them a gift to take home with them.

On Wednesday 9^th December there will be a Family Christmas Carol Service in St Giles Church, and we invite you to bring the whole family, see who can sing the loudest and then join us back at Stoke Park for some irresistible Mince Pies and Mulled Wine.
