#runneroftheweek - Debbie Berry

Debbie is lacing up her trainers next month to run the #GreatNorthRun. Debbie, who is currently staying at Scott House with husband Alec, has been training hard for the last couple of month's while her son is being treated at Freeman Hospital. 

Debbie will be joined by Alec on the route and both are looking forward to raising money for us. She says: 

"Staying at Scott House means that we can be close to our son when he is in intensive care and on the high dependency ward. I can honestly say it has been a lifeline to us and has helped keep us sane in a very difficult time."
