Update from Idaho: Thule Adventure Team clear leader in Expedition Idaho Adventure Race

At the moment, Thule Adventure Team and Team Seagate are pushing each other to the limit at the front with the rest of the teams chasing further back. Thule Adventure Team and Team Seagate have endured long treks and mountain bike legs, intermixed with some paddling and “special” challenges that included having to build their own raft and starting a fire without matches or a lighter.

Thule Adventure Team is in the clear lead, 2-3 hours ahead of Seagate.
The whole race is going fast – at the moment close to one day faster than originally planned. The teams are expected to reach the goal more than one day ‘ahead of schedule’.
