Further Victory For Council And Council Leader In Care Home Defamation Case

Rochdale Borough Council and its leader Councillor Colin Lambert have again welcomed the decision of the High Court in London, which yesterday refused two residential care home operators permission to appeal against their earlier decision to dismiss their defamation claims surrounding comments made by Councillor Lambert at a Community Forum meeting on 30 May 2012.
