Fischer Panda UK Steps up Presence at Crick Boat Show with Live System Demos

Fischer Panda UK will offer live demonstrations of its complete systems for the first time at this year’s Crick Boat Show.
Marking its 25th anniversary year with its most high-profile presence yet at the annual May event, the marine generator, electric propulsion and integrated systems specialist will introduce its upgraded display trailer to showcase a strengthened range of products for inland waterways craft.
The new customised trailer on Stand Q will offer visitors a stand-out opportunity to experience Fischer Panda’s market-leading range of generators, electric drive systems and battery management equipment in a more interactive and practical way. Specialists from the Verwood-based company will also be available to discuss and advise visitors on the most suitable and cost-effective hybrid drive systems and battery-charging diesel generator options for their vessels as demand increases for reliable, efficient and quiet power and propulsion solutions.

Electric power can provide all the power and manoeuvrability needed for cruising, with batteries charged through the on-board charger when connected to shore power. The new liquid-cooled range of DriveMaster Ultimate systems allows for exact temperature management and improved efficiency. Developed to cope with the harsh maritime environment, all models include motor with integrated thrust bearing, mounting frames and smart controller for compact installations, less noise and vibrations and higher efficiency.
Fischer Panda UK supplies electric and hybrid drive systems to both commercial and private boat builders and owners for newly built vessels or retro-fitting. It can offer drive systems in the range from 2 kW to 100 kW, available with voltages ranging from 24V to 360V depending on the power requirements.
Compact and quiet diesel generators
The Panda 4000s Neo and the Panda 5000i Neo are the latest additions to diesel generator expert Fischer Panda’s range of compact gensets. The affordable and easy-to-install Neo generators are the first to use Fischer Panda’s in-house designed water-cooled FPE320 single cylinder diesel engine.
