Campaign: Service overtakes price among top concerns for food shoppers, survey shows

UK shoppers are more likely to regard great service as "critically important" to their choice of grocery retailer than competitive price, new data reveals.     

Service beat price by 50% to 49% in Shoppercentric’s Shopper Stock Take Index, which carried out online interviews with a national representative sample of 1108 adults in December.
