STANLEY® shines with new line-up of FatMax® green beam laser levels

[Insert announcement date]

STANLEY® has unveiled a new range of FatMax® rotary and cross line green beam laser levels for use in construction applications by professional tradesmen such as HVAC installers, dry wallers, kitchen fitters and tillers. Perfect for a large scope of indoor and outdoor jobs, green laser beams are four times brighter and more evident to the human eye than a conventional red beam. This therefore provides greater visibility on the job site, especially in very bright conditions and over long distances.

The green diode laser works by generating a true green beam without the need for it to be coloured by a crystal or gas before being emitted. This technology provides the end user with the benefits of a lower and consistent running temperature which prevents the excessive production of heat, as well as extended run time and battery life thanks to reduced energy consumption.

With a range of up to 50 metres, and accurate to 3 mm at 10 metres, the compact STANLEY FatMax cross line laser is suitable for multiple indoor applications including drywall and sprinkler installation, HVAC, ceiling joint and rafter alignment, tiling and the alignment of electrical sockets and switches.

Features of the simple-to-operate tool include a large open window for a back line beam, angled cross lines in a custom layout, and thread mounts for a secure fitment and stability on location. In addition, the unit is compatible with a detector (in pulse mode) which enhances the range of the beam to allow it to be seen by the naked eye in bright sunlight during outdoor jobs such as laying out building foundations or the erection of fencing.

The STANLEY FatMax rotary green beam laser level has been engineered for use in a wide variety of commercial and residential interior layout projects and leveling and aligning applications, namely transferring reference heights, positioning drywall track and installing lighting and wall partitions. Useful features include a working range of up to 600 metres, a multiple scanning mode which allows the beam to be seen more clearly over significant www.stanleytools.com
