Our Gym Team and Personal Trainers are on hand to help you achieve your goals for 2016, whether that’s to run your first long distance event, lose fat, gain muscle or simply raise your fitness levels.
And we have lots of gym classes, over 50 per week which can keep you active and some people find the group activity classes more motivating. From active Studio Classes to Hot Yoga, Pilates and Spinning – there really are more classes than we can find excuses for!
