Nico: In the past three years, we have been working intensively with a group of around 25 food companies from the Amazon and Andean region. CBI´s contribution consists of sustainable strengthening of the competitive capacity of SME exporters and producers from emerging markets like Colombia and Peru. At FiE, we will showcase a few of our companies and the products they are presenting, each of the companies master the art of bringing together innovative ingredients and create exciting new products and flavours.

At the pavilion, you can meet companies from Colombia and Peru offering innovative gourmet products. In addition, there will be an information desk where you can get information about sourcing opportunities in South America, background information about ingredients and producers and learn more about the social impact the CBI programs have in the region with respect to job creation, poverty reduction and broader social and environmental impact.
