TDC rewards good customers with benefits

Following its success in combining television, broadband and telephony in the HomeDuo and HomeTrio packages, TDC is now extending them with another product – mobile telephony. TDC is calling it ‘SamleFordele’ (combination benefits), and it represents the biggest loyalty campaign in TDC’s history.

René Brøchner, Director for Broadband, Telephony and Television in TDC Residential explains that customers receive TDC SamleFordele, when they combine a mobile phone package or ‘design-it-yourself’ package with TDC HomeDuo or TDC HomeTrio:

“We want to make it easy for customers, with one solution and one invoice. Customers benefit from a simple overview, as well as extra talk time, extra service and extra TV channels featuring the latest films and series,” says René Brøchner.

TDC Samlefordele gives customers DKK 400 in extra value. The idea has been in the pipeline for some time, and TDC has asked customers what they wanted.

“The response from customers has been very clear. They are keen to gather their services with one provider – but they want something in return. They also want the freedom to choose between the individual mobile phone packages. We are therefore giving our ‘all-in customers’ some attractive and tangible benefits when they gather their products with TDC,” says René Brøchner.

• 56 per cent of TDC’s HomeDuo and HomeTrio customers currently have no mobile service with TDC.

• Rapid fault repair
• Free weekend: Unlimited calls from landline to landline during the weekend
