'Alan really is a credit to the charity - he made us feel very welcome'
We recently stayed at your 'Home from Home' Stevenson House with our son, Harris, who has Cystic Fibrosis as he had to have a procedure done at The Royal London Hospital and needed to stay nearby.
We wanted to let you know how happy we were with everything. It felt so comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept, alongside the living area and kitchen.
Alan, the House Manager, really is a credit to the charity. He met us in the hospital and showed us over to Stevenson House. Straight away, I was at ease, he was very comforting to my wife and son after a little bit of drama that we had in the hospital and made us feel very welcome.
I really do think his work and attitude made us feel at home, and along with lots of other families with sick children, it made us feel like the house was somewhere to relax.
We will do everything we can to raise money for Stevenson House and will be going through our kids toys to add toi the wonderful playroom!
Thanks again Alan.
Kind Regards
Niki, Nina & Harris Robinson
