Ida Nilsson, PR consultant at Valentin & Byhr – nominated for the “Cision PR Influencer Award 2012”

During this year’s Spinn Galan (eng: Spinn Awards), on November 15^th at Friends Arena in Stockholm, the special Cision PR Influencer Award 2012 will be handed out to “a person who has had a significant digital influence during the year”. Ida Nilsson, PR consultant and social media expert at Valentin & Byhr, has just been officially nominated along with nine other swedish PR profiles.

“I am very happy to be nominated! It feels great to be one of Sweden’s top ten most influential public relations consultants in digital media,” says Ida Nilsson.

The nominations are based on Cision's index of digital influence, which in turn is based on a number of variables, such as blogging activity, Twitter, LinkedIn and mentions in digital news media. To be included in the review one has to be a PR consultant, be active in social media and have gained visibility in online media during the passed year. The ten nominees are the ones that have reached the highest index scores in Cision’s analysis. The top five will be presented on November 12^th – and the winner during Spinn Galan on November 15^th.
