A team will be on hand to speak to visitors about its bespoke offers aimed at the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) market.
Options for any potential client could include the privacy of your own personal coach in either Standard or First Class and every booking comes with its own concierge and host, so a customer’s needs are catered for before, during and after their journey.
Red Carpet packages can come with complimentary food from the First Class menu, and clients can also create their own menu, three-course meal or order a luxury champagne service.
Specially booked carriages can also include pre-organised activities including anything from pub quizzes or gin tasting, to onboard games, bespoke treats and even be entertained by a guest speaker.
Virgin Trains will be sharing a stand with Eurostar at the Meetings Show after going into partnership with them at the end of last year.
They have joined forces to give international event planners the freedom to book multi-stop journeys from British destinations to mainland Europe on the Virgin and Eurostar network through a ‘one-stop-shop’ booking experience.
Anna Doran, Sales and Distribution Director at Virgin Trains, said: “This is great opportunity for us to showcase what we can do for a client looking for something a little bit different.
“Whether it is an important meeting in Birmingham, to reward staff with an incentive trip to Liverpool or hold a special event in Manchester, we can tailor make an experience that’s sure to deliver the wow factor.”

Working together, the partnership railway of the public and private sectors has published a long-term plan, called In Partnership for Britain’s Prosperity, to change and improve Britain’s railway. The plan will secure almost £85bn of additional economic benefits to the country whilst enabling further investment and improvement, and contains four commitments which will see rail companies: strengthen our economic contribution to the country; improve customers’ satisfaction; boost the communities we serve; and, create more and better jobs in rail.
