Get your beach body this summer with the Tough Ten Bootcamp Workout

Start your beach workout today with our Tough Ten Bootcamp Workout and get in shape for the summer. The exercises are designed to give an all over workout to boost muscle tone, burn fat and assist with weight loss getting you ready to hit the beach.

The workout is scaled to meet all current fitness levels as they are based on time. Your aim is to complete as many repetitions as you can within the time whether that’s one or 100. You will find that as you improve you will be able to perform more exercise within the time.

Description: 10 exercise interval circuit, whole body workout (1 minute per exercise no rest)
Workout type:
Interval Circuit
Time: 10 minutes | 20 minutes (repeat twice) | 30 minutes (repeat three times)
Target: Strength and aerobic workout to increase muscle tissue, muscle tone, burn fat and aid weight loss.
Equipment: Workout mat, exercise bands and watch

Perform each exercise for one minute completing as many repetitions as possible, start the next exercise immediately until you have completed all 10 in sequence.

    1. Crunches
    2. Press ups
    3. Squats
    4. Sit ups
    5. Bicep Curls (exercise band)
    6. Lunges
    7. Leg raises
    8. Shoulder press (exercise bands)
    9. Star jumps
    10. The plank

Take care to perform each exercise correctly as this will give you a better workout, if at any time during the workout you feel unwell stop immediately.
