Unisport’s focus is to strengthen the public health in the Nordic countries
It is never too late to start training. A 55-year-old who just started to spend 35 minutes a day on physical activity will live an average of five years longer and will change eight sick years into healthy ones, according to the Norwegian Directorate of Health.
