AddSecure-owned Vehco reports strong growth in France

During the late summer, Vehco appointed Olivier Datry as Country Manager in France. Follwed by his appointment, the company secured a number of large projects with both existing and new customers in France. The commitments by the customers resulted in all-time-high sales for Vehco during quarter 4, 2019.

AddSecure-owned Fleet Management Systems provider Vehco, appointed Olivier Datry as Country Manager for Vehco France during the late summer. Datry has over 20 years of experience from the IT industry, including senior positions at Ansys, LMS, Imagine, Sun Microsystems & Hewlett Packard. During the first months of assignment at Vehco, Datry secured a high number of large customer projects together with his team in France.

In addition to the enforced management team in France, a stronger product portfolio with the launch of a state-of-the-art solution for advanced Social Management, have contributed to the strong commitment shown by a large number of existing and new customers. They are now showing their trust in Vehco through investing in Vehco Co-driver, the leading pan-european solution for Fleet Management.

Examples of existing customers, who have decided to migrate to the new platform, includes Ambroise Bouvier, Cordier, SETL and STAF. Orders from more than 10 new customers, like Fournié in Toulouse, and more than 20 migration projects with existing customers, resulted in a crammed order book for Vehco in France with more than 10 000 systems to shipped during a few months. This means that Vehco has grown faster then the market, with a growth of over 20%.

"I am really pleased to see that Vehco Co-Driver, our pan-european solution for Fleet Management, is now well positioned in the French market, and that it has been accepted and welcomed also by our large existing customers. Through a number of strategic releases of new functionality, including the new advanced solution for Social management, we have been able to offer the transport companies in France a market leading platform for efficient logistics", says Olivier Datry, Country Manager Vehco France.

In line with the growth of sales, Vehco is also strengthening the team in France. During the last month, nine new people have been recruited to the offices in Lyon and in Brest. With a competitive and committed product road map, supported by a strong and growing R&D team, Vehco forecasts continued growth and strengthened relationships with both existing and new customers in France.

Besides this growth within Smart Transport through Vecho, the owner Addsecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure critical communications and data, recently introduced its Smart Alarms market offering to France.
