Offentlig Säkerhet becomes part of the AddSecure brand
The previous acquisition will now be integrated under the AddSecure brand and the Smart Rescue offering. Through this, AddSecure will be able to present a comprehensive and clear offering of solutions for school safety, personal safety and a safe workplace.
AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure critical communications and data, earlier this year acquired Offentlig Säkerhet, a leading Swedish supplier of tailor-made safety and security solutions to the public sector. The parties are
now taking the next step by incorporating the solutions from Offentlig Säkerhet into the offering within AddSecure Smart Rescue.
“Acquiring Offentlig Säkerhet was a strategic move from both parties. Now we gather all knowledge under the same brand so that our offering is clear and simple for the customer. At the same time, this gives us better opportunities to showcase the full width of the services and expertise that our customers can now access”, says Stefan Albertsson, CEO of AddSecure.
The merging means, among other things, a broader expertise in radio communications, GSM amplification and a larger product range. All solutions will now be sold under the AddSecure brand.
