The last tools I bought were packaged in a tough case, which I am glad to see as nobody I know uses the case that used to come with the drills, and I would routinely just throw them away. I am hopeful I can clip the case to a rolling box as well. I will continue to look for what its compatible with but as yet it is confusing how I can utilize it in this way..

This I actually look forward to. The cases we get with the bit sets are helpful for what they are, a place to put bits. These however, have a place to go with the ToughCase system that I utilize daily! Rather than permanent marker or printed labels and digging through my bags and tote boxes, my bits and accessories can be placed just as I have my fittings and parts, as a part of the ToughCase system! Send them over, I’ll be happy to use them! Thank you, Dewalt! P.S. Dewalt, why can’t I find the XL ToughCase tote/box anymore?

plastic cases are ok, but nothing beats the metal case my Dewalt bits came! All slots are drilled to bit size for quick and easy use/storage.
