DEWALT® Launches FLEXVOLT® 60V MAX* 7-1/4” Worm Drive Style Saw
TOWSON, MD (October 3, 2017) – DEWALT announces the continued expansion of the FLEXVOLT® System, now including the high-performance FLEXVOLT® 60V MAX* 7-1/4” Worm Drive Style Saw (DCS577).
The FLEXVOLT® 60V MAX* 7-1/4” Worm Drive Style Saw has been designed with its blade oriented to the left of the motor and the handle positioned at the rear of the saw. The saw has an electronic break that helps stop the blade after the trigger is released. The FLEXVOLT® 60V MAX* 7-1/4” Worm Drive Style Saw has a bevel capacity of 53° with stops at 45° and 22.5°. Featuring a durable, high-grade magnesium shoe and an efficient brushless motor, the saw achieves smooth, accurate cuts and long runtime.
The FLEXVOLT® 60V MAX* 7-1/4” Worm Drive Style Saw achieves 2-7/16” depth of cut at 90°. Also including a rafter hook that allows users to hang their tool for convenience, the Worm Drive Style Saw is ideal for use in a variety of wood cutting applications such as oriented strand board (OSB), plywood, hardwoods, dimensional lumber, and flooring. Both residential and commercial professional contractors using this tool include framers, concrete formers, carpenters, and general contractors.
