FIFA 16: should there be a team option

I love manager career mode, and one thing that angers me is that you have all these young players but you can't send them all out on your Fifa 16 account. You should be able to have a youth team that play 15-25 games a season. You can set the lineup but you just sim the games so they get atleast some play time. IMO this would also enhance youth recruiting as well.

Believe me, there are a lot of things they should do to make career mode better, like dealing with the potential system. But since UT is the big earner, it will tend to get more attention and updating.

One of the mlb 2k games from the mid 2000's I played had a full farm system that was randomly generated and you could be involved in it as much/little as you wanted to .

Bump the career mode out to 30 years ( 15 years is shockingly low) and you have the option of starting as a U-18 coach or something. Hell the stupid fake twitter streams and coach "traits" and "upgrades" from madden would be awesome and couldn't be terribly hard and both add immersion.

NHL 2003 or 2004 had an upgrade system where you could improve home and away accommodations to boost performance .

Unfortunately, the entire youth squad would likely have to be generated in-game - i just can't see EA putting the extra money and time into collecting all the actual youth teams' information and rendering the extra Fifa coins. Although, considering their close partnership with Barclay's, I would imagine that task would be more surmountable for the english clubs
