DBT Self-help app is ready for testing

DBT Self-help app is ready to enter testing and will be sent to selected therapists and clients. The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Self-help app is a skills guide and self-help tool to help with skill acquisition and generalization of effective skills.

The testpilots will have weeks of testing and will be in frequent contact with the developers and programmers to finely tune the content and help tweek the app to be more functional, intuitive and effective.

Testing will begin friday the 12th of August.

Release of the final version of the app is set to September.
