New Autumn Watch Collection Features Quality Materials and Rich Seasonal Textiles

MIDDLEBURY, CT, September 15, 2015 – Timex today announced the debut of the autumn/winter product line, including The Autumn Classics Collection.

From crisp autumn nights in the city to leisurely country drives, The Autumn Collection is inspired by the iconic plaids of Scotland and the sophisticated tweeds of England. The Autumn/Winter range offers a new twist on tradition with its Originals Perfectly Plaid and the Weekender Tweed. These styles feature textiles typically used for menswear, giving new meaning to the term “boyfriend watch”.

The Originals Perfectly Plaid collection features tartan plaid straps in either red or blue color palettes. True to the design of the Originals collection, these styles feature classic details; including the genuine leather trim that replicates the practicality of leather trim on vintage luggage from the 1950’s. The 42mm classic round case showcases a dial with Arabic numerals and INDIGLO^® night-light.

Also in this collection, the iconic Timex Weekender^TM features everything you love about the classic tweed jacket, minus the elbow patches. Bringing a touch of modernity to the fabric that dates back to the mid-1800s, the Timex Weekender features a slip-thru strap on a 38mm case and INDIGLO^® night-light. Available in either a silver-tone case with black tweed or gold-tone case with brown tweed, these rich fall fabrics make these unisex styles truly unique.

The autumn/winter collection launches in August 2015, and will be available on Timex.com and through selected US and International retail partners.
