New Autumn Watch Collection Pays homage to its truly timeless heritage with The Waterbury Collection
MIDDLEBURY, CT, September 15, 2015 – Timex today announced the debut of the autumn/winter product line, including The Waterbury Collection.
Meet the next generation of classic. The iconic American brand Timex had its roots in 1854 with the founding of the Waterbury Clock Company in the town of Waterbury, Connecticut. From its earliest days when it moved timekeeping from the pocket to the wrist, Timex has transformed timekeeping into true expressions of personal style.
The Waterbury Collection honors the company’s 160-year heritage as an authentic watchmaker with this elegant design.The Collection features a classic stainless-steel case, executed with a thick mineral glass lens with a curved edge for a vintage look. The straps are genuine smooth leather and each watch is equipped with a chronograph movement featuring Quick Date® and is water resistant up to 50 meters. Of course, the Timex patented INDIGLO® night-light technology is used to light the retro-inspired dial.
The autumn/winter Waterbury Collection launches in August 2015, and will be available on Timex.com and through selected US and International retail partners.
