Viagame House Cup To Return In May

We are happy to announce that we are bringing our House Cup Hearthstone tournament back for the third edition. With the huge success from the last edition and the major community support, this third House Cup will yet again feature a 25,000 USD prize pool.

• Main event: May 29-31
• $25,000 prize pool
• 230 Hearthstone World Championship points
• 8 invited players + 8 qualified players

For the tournament's third edition, eight international pro players will be invited to participate, and additional players will compete for the eight remaining spots in open online qualifiers. During May 29-31, the 16 contestants will meet at the main event and battle for a prize pool of $25,000 USD. The location for the event will be announced further on.

The House Cup will also be awarding the maximum of 230 points among players for qualification to the Hearthstone World Championship later this year. More information on the World Championship can be found here.

The third edition of Viagame House Cup will feature two qualifiers and Netease will conduct a special qualifier for China.

1. Qualifier #1, May 2, 12.00 PM CEST,May 3 (Round of 16 and forward), 14.00 CEST
2. Qualifier #2, May 9, 12.00 PM CESTMay 10 (Round of 16 and forward), 14.00 CEST
3. Chinese qualifier, April 25-26

Each qualifier will have a maximum of 512 players participating where the top 3 from each qualifier will advance to the offline main event. For the Chinese qualifier the top 2 will advance to the main event.

The finals of the House Cup Hearthstone tournament will be broadcast live in English on May 29-31, and will be available globally on www.viagame.com and other platforms.
