Stockholm winner of Gay Life Award 2013

The City of Stockholm, through Christina Guggenberger, Project Manager Stockholm Gay and Lesbian Network at Stockholm Visitors Board won the Stockholm Gaylife Award 2013 during the QX Gala Monday evening.

The prize was awarded by charitable business association Stockholm Gay Life. This is why:

"Christina Guggenberger has during many years worked at Stockholm Visitors Board to strengthen the city as a LGBT-destination. Last year she was nominated in the category “Straight person of the year” at QX Gaygala. The persistent commitment from the city, via Guggenberger, has led to an increase of gay tourists, which is clearly visible at gaybars and clubs in Stockholm! "
