ABBA The Museum unveils this year’s Christmas bauble collection, inspired by Dancing Queen
The museum’s annual Christmas bauble collections have become popular among ABBA fans and collectors, with previous limited editions selling out quickly. Launching on 21 October, this year’s limited edition takes inspiration from the iconic Dancing Queen music video and the ABBA members’ velvet outfits. The collector’s box contains four glass baubles – one for each member.
In 2026, Dancing Queen celebrates its 50th anniversary. ABBA The Museum is marking the milestone with a new exhibition exploring the song’s history, and now with this year’s Christmas bauble collection.
The four baubles take their colours from the velvet outfits worn by Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Frida in the music video. Each bauble features a matching glitter pattern, with the words Dancing Queen and the member’s name in silver glitter. The baubles are presented together in a collector’s box.
“With this year’s collection, we want to bring the Dancing Queen celebrations into people’s homes for Christmas. The colours of the velvet outfits from the music video create a lovely connection to the song’s history and the four members,” says Eva Nilsson, Head of Retail & Merchandise at ABBA The Museum.
The museum’s annual Christmas bauble collections have become popular among ABBA fans and collectors, with previous limited editions selling out quickly. This year’s collection continues the tradition with inspiration from Dancing Queen and goes on sale on 21 October at 3 pm CEST via The ABBA Store. The link will become active when sales open.
