实现业界最高±0.1%的输出电压精度、业界最小±20ppm/℃的输出温度系数 车载用分流电压基准IC上市
有助于提高严酷环境下传感器的读取精度
美蓓亚三美株式会社(MinebeaMitsumi Inc.) 旗下的艾普凌科有限公司（总裁：田中诚司，总部地址：东京都港区，下称“ABLIC”）今天推出实现业界最高(※1)±0.1%的输出电压精度、业界最小±20ppm/℃的输出温度系数的车载用分流电压基准IC「S-19760/1系列」。
新产品「S-19760/1系列」主要用于将传感器的模拟信号转换为数字数值的A/D转换器的基准电压。
本产品的最大特点是实现了业界最高(※1)±0.1%的输出电压精度和业界最小(※1)±20ppm/℃的输出电压温度系数。即使在严酷的温度环境下也能输出高精度的基准电压，有助于提高传感器的读取精度。此外，因内置有滤波电路，使输出噪声低至28µVrms(※2)，可将传感器信号转换为数字数值的A/D转换器的测量误差控制在最小限度。并且，S-19761系列分流电流最大可输出30mA，使用一个分流电压基准IC就可作为多个电路的基准电压使用，是一款可减少零部件数量、有助于节省空间和成本的产品。
同时，「S-19760/1系列」不仅备有标准封装SOT-23-5(2.9×2.8×t1.3mm)，还备有超小型/薄型封装HSNT-8(1616)B (1.6×1.6×t0.41mm)，可以节省安装空间。

产品经过三温（低温、常温和高温）测试。根据AEC(Automotive Electronics Council:汽车电子委员会)要求，各种可靠性和质量测试的「AEC-Q100」标准正在应对中。另外，也可以应对PPAP(生产件审批程序)。
