实现业界最小的安装面积 面向车载相机的电源管理IC上市
小型封装，有助于车载相机模组的小型化及散热对策
美蓓亚三美株式会社(MinebeaMitsumi Inc.) 旗下的艾普凌科有限公司（总裁：田中诚司，总部地址：东京都港区，下称“ABLIC”）今天推出面向车载相机模组的16V工作、3通道输出的电源管理IC(下称PMIC)「S-19560B系列」。
「S-19560B系列」将2通道的降压DC-DC控制器和单通道的LDO稳压器搭载在HSNT-8(2030)(2.0×3.0×t0.5mm)小型封装上，是ABLIC首次推出的PMIC。
在要求小型化的相机模组的电路设计中，通过组合3通道输出的「S-19560B系列」和小型且高PSRR (※1)的ABLIC的LDO稳压器（S-19255），能够以业界最小的安装面积(※2)构成4通道的电源电路，与竞争产品的4通道PMIC相比，缩小了约20%的安装面积。同时，通过外接LDO稳压器，还具有能够分散发热的优点，对于相机模组，有助于节省空间和提高性能。
此外，图像传感器和串行器需要根据制造厂家、型号来控制不同的电源电压和上电顺序。新产品PMIC 「S-19560B系列」是一款可以省去这些初始设置麻烦的产品。
(※1) PSRR是 Power Supply Rejection Ratio 的首字母缩写，中文称为电源纹波抑制率。在线性稳压器（LDO稳压器）上指的是抑制输入源的纹波电压传递到输出端的能力。

产品经过三温（低温、常温和高温）测试。根据AEC(Automotive Electronics Council:汽车电子委员会)要求，各种可靠性和质量测试的 「AEC-Q100」标准正在应对中。另外，也可以应对PPAP(生产件审批程序)。
