同时实现业界最快的过电压检测响应速度与低消耗电流, 车载用高耐压电压检测器IC「S-19116系列」上市
～ 在有助于提高系统安全性的同时，通过采用超小型封装节省空间 ～
美蓓亚三美株式会社(MinebeaMitsumi Inc.) 旗下的艾普凌科有限公司（总裁：田中诚司，总部地址：东京都港区，下称“ABLIC”）今天推出实现了业界最快(※1)的过电压检测响应速度的车载用高耐压电压检测器IC「S-19116系列」。
「S-19116系列」实现了业界最快（※1）的检测响应时间Max.6.8μs，工作时消耗电流为2.0μAtyp.的低消耗电流。
通过同时实现检测响应速度的高速化和暗电流的低电流化，提高了系统的安全性，并且是一款有助于实现低暗电流化的产品。
「S-19116系列」还采用了超小型的HSNT-6（1.96×2.46×t0.5mm）封装，成为对应车载用设备当今日益渐增的节省空间需求的产品。

3. 输入监视电压的SENSE端子可以输入-30V至45V的宽范围电压
